Story

KACIN founder A. Richard Kacin has been building upscale residential homes, condominiums and communities in the Pittsburgh region since 1960. Headquartered in the Pittsburgh suburb of Murrysville, KACIN also manages the design and construction of an array of commercial and industrial facilities throughout western Pennsylvania through our sister company, KACIN General Contractors.

We serve our clients to the best of our abilities, because we believe that strong relationships build strong communities. KACIN leadership has had the honor of serving as President of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the Homebuilders Association of Westmoreland County, and we continue to serve on the boards of other organizations and community groups throughout Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.
