The meditations and Dharma teachings are incredible. I love how it's approachable for beginners but there is also so much to learn even for advanced practitioners. Truly something for everyone and I always leave with such a wonderful feeling of peace and connection. Definitely check it out!

A place to experience a consistent spiritual practice and a true sense of community under the umbrella of the ancient wisdom of Buddhism. A great place for kids to learn how to meditate!

What an amazing place. I loved how they made Buddhism so practical for everyday people. Really life transforming, a must if you are looking for a great spiritual community to laugh with and gain some profound experiences. The teacher is an awesome Buddhist monk.

The meditations I have learned here have given me so much confidence in my meditation practice, because they are authentic, easy to understand, and go right to the heart!  Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn to meditate.
