Staff is super helpful, and honest. The young woman I see there regularly, Leanne is so nice and always remembers me and my animals and helps me carry the food to the car every time. She has excellent customer service, and is very knowledgeable about the products. Prices are surprisingly competative with big box stores, with a much more personal feel. She helps me out with the issues I've had with my cat and even recommended a great vet because her cat had the same issues! Will be a loyal customer for life because of her.

I really like kahoots in house foods. They're high quality and a good price. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Always friendly staff and we get our food (that I consider a bit fancy for our dog and cat) at a good price here! They often have huge discounts on random chew toys and bully stick kind of products. Feels more home-like than a Petco or PetSmart.

Friendly and funny employees who love animals as much as i do. Always very helpful on finding supplies. They know me and know what i need but also show me things i may not know about. Love this place, i get all my supplies from here.
