Bankruptcy was the last option I wanted to choose. It took talking with debt consolidation, debt management, financial planners to realize the depth of my financial status. I was left with two options, win the lottery or look at bankruptcy. After doing research on firms in my area I chose Kain & Scott.

Bill(William), Stephanie, Angela, Isaac, and Margaret knocked it out of the park with their professionalism through the entire process. I never felt judged about how I got here and they helped ease the moral obligation I felt to repay all of my debts. If I had questions, they were answered, typically in less than an hour. They kept me up to date with any new changes or special request. They made the entire process smooth and stress free!

If you ever find yourself in this spot, I would highly recommend Kain & Scott!!!

In 2015 my husband & I contacted Kain & Scott regarding starting a bankruptcy proceeding.  We were impressed with their sensitivity, empathy & professionalism.  We were kept informed every step of the way during the process.  We have since found it necessary to contact them with additional questions & have been contacted promptly.  We would recommend their firm should the need arise.

My experience with Margaret H. Henehan at Kain & Scott lawyers was excellent.  It couldn't have been simpler.  I did feel very at ease with Margaret.  I would definitely recommend her.  I should have done this sooner.  She explained everything and answered all my questions in a timely manner.  Thank You Margaret!

William Kain and his associates made talking about an extremely difficult subject moderately easy. What I thought was going to be a nightmare, is (so far) simple! I highly recommend using this firm to handle your bankruptcy case.

When I was considering Bankruptcy, I had many questions and concerns. Actually, I was confused and scared. Bill Kane helped me review my overall situation and determine if this was the right path for me. There was no pressure and he let me ask numerous questions and take my time. Throughout the decision process, he was very patient and understanding. Once I had made the decision to move forward, he led me through the process and was always available for more-and-more-and-more questions. The Legal Assistances are great!!!! I worked a lot with Sonja and she is extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful and, as with everyone as Kain & Scott, responsive and willing to listen. Highly Recommend from a person who had some rather complex situations. Thank you Bill and Sonja for 6 years of support and assistance.
