I went for physical therapy. Very easy to navigate, clearly marked, easy to find the way. My therapist was terrific. I broke my knee, so I needed help.

Working with kaiser has been so frustrating.   So slow and cumbersome.  We expect that when we are at the DMV but not when we have broken bones.

Always a great experience. I've had Kaiser since I was a baby, and I was very happy to see a location come to Folsom. Super clean, very friendly, very easy to get around, parking and in the building.
