My husbands union pays a ton of money to Kaiser and we have been members for over 20 years and only at the Longview building Have I ever felt that the employees are just rude! Especially pharmacy I don’t even like going to get anyone’s medication in my family because they are just rude... should consider retraining the employees in that location, we pay for you to have a paycheck

Great medical facility. Since the acceptance of other insurance, Kaiser members have less priority, but it's part of the deal.

Worst medical facility and doctors I have been to. Went once...never agian. Also see that all the 1 star reviews on here have all the likes. This should tell you something Kaiser.

Providers do not listen to patients. Place is full of drug addicts. Compassion is seriously lacking. I have gone through a doctor and NP and have not found one a connect with.

I couldn't leave a negative star review. I know of at least six wrongful death instances, incompetent staff, incompetent management and lazy providers who let patients die instead of actually doing his or her job. At least another six people who are going to have a difficult time surviving, if they survive at all because of inappropriate treatment. Doctor's who actually told patients to get their medication off of the black market. Management that doesn't even care that this is occurring, and the only thing that matters to management is scores that irrationally reflect a so called caring environment. Thrive is the "motto" of Kaiser, yeah, not at this facility. I wish I was a wrongful death/malpractice attorney, I could make an entire career just from suing this facility. If you have had care at this facility and something bad happened, get an attorney to review your medical records, I would bet money malpractice is the reason why.
