Worse emergency room ever. Room is size of a shoebox. Staff is overwhelmed by patients and we have been waiting for 3 hours to be seen. If it takes this long for an emergency then i rather stay home next time and die at least i wont be irritated by this incompetent hospital.

My wife went to get a letter filled for workers comp and doctor vu was so mad to and rude to my wife that he even was screeming to her she was crying because he dindt help her with the paper work really bad service we are switching from this provider i will not recomend this service to nobody

Horrible doctors and staff.  Ignorant, lazy, useless, etc.  I'm discusted to even think about it.  Wake up people! Kaiser gets all the worst doctors that nobody else wants.  ive had enough I'm switching to healthnet or anybody else.  I'd rather go to urgent care than go back to Kaiser.

address 1779 not listed on street. went to next building, no address, advised it was building behind 1777, kaiser bldg. Told they were not kaiser, that it was one of three other buildings further down. I mean, who is the facilities manager that wont list an addres that makes it almost imposible to find? WTH! OK, I was looking for the sleep lab, and maybe I am not getting enough sleep, but it kinda pissed me off!
