Seriously, the pharmacy is just a disgrace smh. The three women who work in pharmacy do not answer the phone and joke around in front of patients. They gave me the wrong insulin prescription that the doctor from Piedmont had a signature for. I had to come back the next day to get my prescription switched and the lady just looked at me and said “sorry”. I couldn’t even get a refund for the mistake the pharmacy made on their behalf. Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a medical establishment!

Every staff member is cordial and greet you with a smile. The wait time is minimal and my doctor is caring. The pharmacy is quick to refill my meds and the lab gets my results to my doctor quickly. I'm very satisfied with the Newnan office.

New management for the pharmacy is terrible.

Very good experience. Was very nervous about change but everything was very easy and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience with the pharmacy staff.degraded no privacy and not following doctors orders,uncaring.Switching insurance because i always have had trouble with Kaisers pharmacy's.This one the worst i have had trouble.
