Im here now for my OB Appointments to check on my baby. Im already nervous and slightly annoyed bc they’re telling my baby is small and I’ll have to start coming twice a week. I work full time and my job is strict so I need something early in order for me to be able to still go to work for the day . I explained that to the nurses here and one of them are rude as hell I guess bc they cant find anything to accommodate my schedule. My thing is why are you mad lady?! This is what u signed up for . Tf you getting frustrated and looking at me crazy for. It’s taking everything in me rn not to go off on these people .

I visited this location today I walked in with problems breathing they had me wait two hours to be seen when I said I would just go to the emergency room because I couldn't breathe my nurse told me she could not allow me to leave and my oxygen levels were fine after waiting another hour with no oxygen being offered to me or breathing machine the doctor came and told me she needed me to take an X-ray I went to the X-ray dept where I was told they only had one tech that needed to take her lunch break and it would be an hour half wait I end up leaving there with no treatment I could have done better just going to the emergency room I changed my insurance to Kaiser this year and I honestly feel it was a huge mistake I would never recommend this facility to anyone and after being their from 10:30 this morning until 3pm with no treatment I would never go back there myself!! I will take my chances with emergency room doctors Sekeia White

I have been to this pharmacy twice in the seven years I have been with KP. The people working here are very polite and professional, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, in both cases when I attempted to get a prescription filled at this location, the pharmacy did not have the prescribed amount in stock. The prescription was for 30 pills--and they had 10 pills in stock the first time, and 9 in stock the second time. And I was not told that they did not have the necessary amount until I'd sat there and waited for them to fill it (and yes--in both cases, I'd called days ahead of time to order the medication and indicated I'd pick up here). The second time this happened, I had to leave the next day to go to Brazil for three weeks, and had to ration the pills while I was there. I have never had this problem at other locations. It seems to me that a large corporation like KP would have a system in place where they could indicate whether or not the prescribed amount of a medication is in stock at a particular location at the time you order the prescription. If I'd known they didn't have it in stock, I could have gone to another pharmacy. Moreover, they should do a better job of keeping medications in stock.
