Amazing staff at kaiser!! They were very courteous and helpful and never hesitated to accommodate our every need. My wife had ACL replacement here as an outpaitent surgery. Very smooth surgery, clean office and rooms. Outstanding service!

Medication never got filled because it was out of stock.  Took them three tries and two weeks still could not get it straight.  It was a crucial medication and I was completely out, they said they would call me by 5pm on Friday so I could pick it up at another pharmacy that would be open since they would be closed for 3 days because of holiday, never heard a word.  Not suppose to go w/o that med for a day, pharmacist knew that.  guess she didn't care.  A little unresponsible to say the least.  Glad I wasn't dying!!
