I'd say it's pretty good *overall* as far as medical care and staffing.  They've been thorough with running tests and being knowledgeable.  Staff is mixed on being friendly though.  

Some people are VERY sweet and relatable, like the lady who did my bloodwork and was able to find my tiny veins.  I remember we were talking about chemo - which her family and mine understand...  The people running the cafe are great too.  I felt like they genuinely cared about me.

Others have a fresh-out-of med school attitude.  It's my fault for not being used to visiting the doctor (because my late dad was a doctor), but making me feel like a bother isn't going to earn anyone brownie points...  Some people are anal about making appointments, and I get it, I pissed some people off.  They made me wait after the other appts. And walkins to get their point across.  But working 40 hour weeks with several nonambulatory folks who pass on their colds?  I'm lucky if I get to make appointments on workdays, let alone days off.  

TL;DR great service, but mixed staffing people skills.

Highly professional, well educated and friendly staff. 
Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa has been voted one of the #1 hospitals in northern California. That is evident by the compassionate care I have received here.
The main hospital has a modern layout with three separate airy buildings. Often times there will be a pianist playing a Baby Grand in the reception area. 
The many volunteers helping lost souls find their way is much appreciated. 
Since the late 80's the campus has expanded to five Medical Office Buildings with three more to come.
