I have a 2001 E320 and I have taken it to Jason since we purchased it in 2006. Jason is and has always been very polite & done exceptional work. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers, their cars and their needs. He looks over my car for me before EVERY long drive back home. If it needs something he takes care of it. If it doesn't need anything I know I'm safe to make that over 2000 mile round trip drive. Why? Because I trust the greatestimate mechanic EVER, Jason at Kaiser's Garage! There is no better mechanic for your Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mini Cooper, or Sprinter anywhere as far as I'm concerned! And we have owned a BMW & we are buying a Sprinter. Why do we stick to this family of vehicles? Because we have the best, most reliable mechanic that we know we can trust to work on them! Thank You Jason

Brought a 190E with a mystery issue. Found the problem and fixed a few more. Very knowledgeable about the German Cars.

Very rude on the phone when inquiring if he works on cars other than Mini, BMW and Sprinter. EDIT: While the greeting did specify they work on these models as a specialty, it was not out of reason to believe that they may work on other models as well. The owner "prefers the word direct", as stated in their reply, but that's just his convenient way of neglecting responsibility for a terse response made in an aggravated tone of voice. Additionally the phone call was not ended by me, but by the owner who hung up abruptly. What's funny is that had the owner remained on the line with me I'd have also inquired about work on my E36 in the future. But we didnt exactly get that far, now did we?

One cool cat right here. Very honest, hard working mechanic. I Highly recommend him. Even if I didn't live on the island is take my car here to get it fixed.
