Calling will get you nowhere employees seemed bothered to answer the phones. I seemed to get the run around I ended back up at the menu with no explanation three times. Going in they seem a bit more helpful probably because you are in their faces. I honestly think they feel dads are deadbeats and don't want to deal with them. They made it pretty hard for me trying to get things done before I got deployed.

Just another way to not answer phones I have been owed child support for 14 years and they put her sorry ass in jail for a week then let her go then take a couple years to find her to do it all over again if that was a man it would be like o.j. Simpson NO JUSTICE when it comes to a woman owing a father 5k for 14 years after they cut the support in half claiming fees WHAT A JOKE too bad their jobs are not an elected position.

Very friendly, and helpful.my husband and I were seen as soon as we walked in.Fastest I have ever been seen in a government facility.
