We had a problem with our furnace and had to call and schedule a repair. Our favorite tech, Luke, came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what we needed to have done. He was out the next day with the part and got us up and running again. As always, he was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He seems to genuinely care about his customers and also in a job well done. He’s definitely an asset to the Kalins company and we are thankful for him. Kalins customer service has always been friendly and great each time we’ve had to give them a call.
Great service! From my first call into Kalins to arrange the service thru service technician Jeff Miller’s visit to my home, it has only been 5 stars. I really appreciate all that Jeff did during his semiannual servicing call. That’s the kind of customer care that defines a 5 star rating. Thank you, Jeff Miller, and thank you, Kalins.
We have always had amazing service with Kalins! Today was no different. Noah Kistner was our fireplace technician and he was great. He went through the entirety of both of our units thoroughly. He vacuumed, cleaned, repaired, and wiped down every inch of both of our fireplaces. They look brand new! He was friendly, polite, and efficient! Give this man a raise!
Bill was exceptional with his caring and understanding of our situation. He was very straight forward with what needed to be done, and was willing to work with us however necessary. Would highly recommend he and the company for any HVAC needs you may have.
Jeremy came out of his way late in the eveningto help my family and I get a new furnace. As we were going on a week without heat. Jeremy spent over 2 hours looking at the whole house, discussing the best options, and offering the best advice. 10/10 recommend him and his team for any indoor comfort needs. Great guy, great team. Thank you Kalins! Fernando was excellent to work with. He’s professional, courteous, kept the work area tidy and was a great problem solver. We had allowed our fireplace to fall into disrepair. Fernando assessed the fireplace and made suggestions. He was not into upselling, he described what we needed and what we could do but was extra. I appreciate that. Highly appreciated
