If you want prompt, professional, and courteous Sales and Service hands down Kalins is a place to go. I've been working with those folks for over 25 years installing new furnaces/heat pumps and servicing my current equipment not only in my own home but in my rentals. It doesn't matter whose Brand you have they can handle the job. They're always there even after hours and on holidays.

The pipes on my geothermal unit were sweating/leaking, and I wasn't able to bring my 50% humidity down. I called Kalin's and, in less than an hour, Tyler was at my door. After troubleshooting the system, he found the culprits and fixed all. He also performed the semiannual maintenance inspection, which saved me from another visit. Kalin's installed my geothermal system, and I've been happy with it these 8 years--happy with the low electricity bills too.

The service man was good. I donot agree the charge on a glaas fuse . You can not tell me that the price of a fuse is 33.00 . When you can get three of them for 9.00.
