Very unprofessional! The printing of my grandmother's program was so rushed. I am saddened you didn't notify us that you were not printing any family information about her on the back page. Thank goodness we printed our own programs for the guests. When we asked for you to leave the casket open as we didn't have all of our family members present (still having 15 minutes before the actual funeral start time) you stated to me 'they better hurry up'. I considered this to be very unprofessional. The flower arrangements.... you placed them across and down from the casket.. we wanted our family to see the arrangements. Agsin, very unprofessional as you asked me what I was doing when I moved them! We were disappointed that you didn't tell our family when you walking the casket in to start the service. You were rushed therefore, you rushed us. Did you not see we had an elder (with a walker) who was a daughter-n-law, that should have been notified by you that you were walking the casket in.. she had to rush from the back of the line as we were not told of a line up formation. What was your reasoning for ushering our large family all into the right side of the church? Thank goodness one granddaughter spoke up and we utilized the front left 4 rows ...full! Again, very unprofessional. Lastly, because you were rushed and pressed for time (you should allow yourself more time), you rushed us out of the cemetery. Frankly, we were paying you for my grandmother's burial and you did not meet our expectations. This was very disappointing! I will say my grandmother looked very nice and therefore, you will get a one star for that. Please improve your professionalism.

The service Jeff Kandt provided for the entire funeral for my grandfather was outstanding. Jeff and his team were professional and personal. Not only did kandt & tetrick guide my family through the funeral process every step of the way, but they also provided us with thank you cards, envelope opener and a memorial book. While these little details may seem insignificant, we were thankful Jeff and his team had thought of this. We greatly appreciated everything provided by Kandt and Tetrick's service.
