Kandy has been caring for my hair for 10 wonderful years. I won't go anywhere else, ever. I have always been treated like family here. Fair prices and great service.

Been going here for a few months maybe even a year.  I've had consistently good service and to be honest, coming from a big city, I keep my expectations of SW Tucson pretty low...But these gals have cut my hair perhaps the best haircuts I've ever had, at the lowest price.  Keep up the good work, Patty and Kandy!  Thank you, for making a Seattle girl look her best.  I appreciate you.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER !! DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE FOR A HAIRCUT AND IF YOU THINK ABOUT COMPLAINING THEY GET DOWNRIGHT RUDE! CHRIST, WHAT DO THEY EXPECT, THAT YOU GET A BAD HAIRCUT AND YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY ABOUT IT, BECAUSE AFTER ALL YOU GOT WHAT YOU ASKED FOR AND IF YOU DON'T THINK SO WELL IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM !!! SO VERY,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! IT REALLY SADDENS ME TO DO THIS BECAUSE  AFTER ALL THIS IS SOMEONE'S LIVELYHOOD BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING HOW CAN YOU HONESTLY LOOK SOMEONE IN THE FACE AND  TELL THEM IT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM ? TRUTH BE TOLD I GUESS THIS IS TRUE, I'M THE ONE WITH THE EXTREMELY BAD HAIRCUT - DEFINITELY MY PROBLEM !

First time visit and must say everyone was very friendly n welcoming ...wasn't too sure on a look when I went in but went on what they suggested and was very satisfied.....definitely will return again

From the moment you walk in, the hostess barely acknowledges their customers, and are more interested in finishing their calls on their cell. They  are glued to their phones....they really need to work on their customer service no matter who walks in,  and provide a overall and complete experience. The hair cut was better than expected considering the crappy service.
