Not sure why this is mostly negative. I went in at 11:50 and came back out at 12:15. Very quick on a Monday. People were very nice too. Including the guards👮. Ask for Donna. She's the plug🔌.

My experience today was fine, lady at the desk was polite and friendly, got my ticket paid and receipt printed in a couple minutes. Police/security in front was polite and directed me to the correct area (I knew where to go, but still nice). My first experience was terrible. I owed 140$ for a ticket, and paid by the due date. No one ever told me it would be extra if I didn't pay by the 9am court time. It was only 15$ extra so no big deal, but it would have been nice to know. The teller the first time was so rude and unhelpful I can't believe she's still hired. I walked up to the desk, said I had a ticket to pay, showed her the ticket and started taking out my $140 cash to pay, when she asked if I went to court, I said no, didn't want to contest the charges. She bluntly said well now it's 155$ because you didn't go or pay by the time. And I said alright, well I don't have $155. She explained I had 45 days to pay, which was nice. I asked if the judge had assigned a warrant or anything (I was unsure how this process went as I've never had a ticket prior), and the officer who issued the ticket was nice but less than helpful. She looked at me like I was dumb, the classic over-the-glasses "oh honey" face. Jesus. These people hate their jobs (although the civil tellers seemed nicer). Really hope I never have to return to this place, on par with the mediocrity of the Aurora DMV. If I get a bill for 35$ in the mail I will rain hell.

Horrible - just terribly rude uneducated workers. You get a traffic ticket and have to jump through hoops to figure out how to pay it. The morons behind the counter are just waiting for their next smoke break and lunch. They should fire everyone and just become electronic period - I'd rather deal with a computer a robotic recording than those idiots.

Horrible place, they extort money from you legally and then make it difficult to pay it. Freakin ridiculous.

I went to get papers to file a claim. Parking was easy and security moved smoothly. Once I got to the clerk she answered my questions and gave me the papers I needed. I wouldn't say she was overly friendly, but she was not rude, just there doing her job. Later I had a question and since there is no phone numbers to call I emailed my question. I received a response from Diane, within 24 hours, not only had she answered my question thoroughly, but she also offered to connect me to the person who could help me. Overall I think they offer very good service, parking is great (have you ever been to DuPage??), the security guard was friendly and waiting times are reasonable for they type of business being handled.
