Kaye Penno was wonderful to work with at Kane's Funeral home. She honored both my aunt's wishes to honor my uncle's passing & his wishes. Kaye was judgemental and rude. Did not follow up. I would never recommend Kane to anyone. When you are going through the worst tome of your life, you need compassionate support. That was not found here. At all.

Kane Funeral Home handled my Dad's service Ed Perritt after his very sudden passing. EVERYONE we worked with was empathetic, knowledgeable, prompt, and caring. Kaye was exceedingly patient with us throughout the process, and she also worked magic with one of the ways we honored Dad she was able to find and order orange push ups!. Brooke, Daniel, and Kaye met every phone call, interaction, question, or tweak with professional and prompt care. I simply cannot express enough how we've appreciated their help during this time. Kanes was hands down the best choice when our dad passed away. Everything was handled with kindness. I did not feel rushed to make any decisions, and in the fog of it all everyone at Kanes was so patient. There were no surprises, Kaye walked us through everything. Johnny was amazing and caring with our feelings. Through this so unhappy time, I am very happy with the way my dad and his service has been handled.
