For a company that prides themselves on customer service and advertises such on their website, they certainly didn't live up to their own expectations.

A few weeks after receiving an initial quote, I e-mailed the agent I had been working looking to amend what I was looking for. He told me he'd do so and get back to me. That never happened; he seemingly disappeared. Despite multiple e-mails and phone calls over the course of another couple weeks, I never heard from him. 

Then, to make matters worse, after calling the office and seeking some help, the woman I spoke with simply told that he was out of the office that and that they'd send him an e-mail him to call me. Not surprisingly, that never happened. 

Well done, folks.

I switched ALL of my insurances,(auto,work comp, business owners, liabllity,homeowners), from my other agents because I met Patrick and Jessica personally and they both took the time to answer my questions personally. I ended up saving thousands of dollars with even better coverage!!
At least talk to them and have them give you a quote, most likely you can save money too and have someone you trust looking over your insurance policies.

I have been with Kane Insurance ever since I got my drivers licence. I now have my homeowners policy with them and my business insurance. I would highly recommend Pat and Jess, they have been great and always take care of my needs.
