GREAT SERVICE! THE MANAGER WENT TO GREAT LENGTS TO TO HELP ME FIND 91 OCTAIN.  SHE LEFT THE STORE TO TALK WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER WHILE I GLADLY WAITED.  GREAT LADY!

I've been shopping at The 'Roo pretty much since it opened.  For the longest time they had the single best collection of attendants one could possibly hope for. These ladies(and few) gentlemen were more along the lines of Customer Service Reps than your R.O.T.M. Angry gas station (un)attendants. No matter what time I came in, it was always clean and fully stocked, especially the reheat on premises items(hot dogs of 5 different varieties, several kinds of tornados,and the occasional pancake wrapped sausage link. Not to mention the nachos, but the most impressive part was the toppings and condiments,  10different sixthpans of variety from coleslaw to beans and kraut. Not to mention ketchup mustard and mayo,,available,to,squeeze or in packets. They also had a JimmyDean reach in warmer with a variety of breakfast and burger options. 
It was my go to early AM foodstop.
So why did I rate it 2 stars? Well the aforementioned accoutrements are nearbouts non existent. Dont expect any warm food unless it's near a mealtime. Definately nothing late night early morning. The nachos are always empty as is the chili. Maybe 1 biscuit in the reach in warmer, but that's a rarity to put it mildly. Then there's the toppings I raved about previously, blah just imagine. So disappointing.
Apparently the real employees got snatched up by better ,more deserving of their skills, jobs. The new staff loves to talk to everyone. And this is what makes it so irritating. There are at least 2 police officers there at any time after dark, if not 6 of them. At least one is flirting with, the cashier, whilst the others fill there faces on free food. Recently, I saw a cop come in and get the last 6 hotdogs and 2 tornadoes and I was getting my bun ready which he saw, but he just crammed them all in the paper containers. Walked behind the counter got a bag, filled it with buns and condiments, and some chips, and walked out. There's are finest hard at work. Its pathetic and it needs to be fixed. They have lost my daily business aswell as my spouse and others close to me.,
