I give Mark Kanouse a one star because the system does not allow you to submit a review without selecting at least one star. Mark Kanouse is a fraud, BEWARE!!!!! He took my payment for services but never actually submitted my return. I called him several times a day for several weeks with no response. My mother even stopped into his office (I live an hour away) and confronted his secretary about the situation. She assured my mother that he would get back to me right away. A year later and still nothing. This is a man who is supposed to be a friend of my family (who recommended him to me). If he can treat a friend's family member this way, he will treat anyone this way.

Been going to Jim Pickett for years!  Fantastic accountant....would recommend to anyone.  Prompt, courteous, and intelligent.
