Poor service.  Drink order took a long time even though the restaurant wasn't busy.  Didn't get our rolls until middle of the meal.  Main entrees didn't come out at same time.  They were spread over about 15-20 minute time frame.  Some drinks were never refilled after getting them.  One entire entree was entirely forgotten and brought out later (30 minutes) in a to-go box.  Sides and salads were forgotten and never received.  The check was totally messed up.  Some charges were taken off of one bill due to the poor service and not receiving some of the food but then added to the other bill.

Ordered chicken strip dinner with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The strips did not have any flavor. Breading was not good at all. I think of a crisp when I think about chicken strips. The mac and cheese was either very old or overcooked. Husband ordered chicken fried steak mac and cheese and fries. He said same thing about mac and cheese and the cfs was did not have any flavor. The cheese sticks that we ordered has an appetizer I thought had a powered or flour taste. The staff were nice. Was not worth the $45.00 it cost us. Will not be back.

Have been meeting girlfriends once a month for lunch.  The previous months have been good, however today was NOT.  Chicken Cesar Salad had tough chicken and gritty lettuce.  Sent it back.  Smothered chopped steaks were cooked so dry we had to cover them in steak sauce.  I gave my three stars today due to the waitress.  She was very prompt and on top of things.  Good service!

We had a party of 11 on a Sunday evening and got right in and seated. The appetizers, drinks and entrees were delicious. The server was very nice and knew the menu well. Great place to eat!!!
