Perfect for mental stimulation, this airport. Walking around here, I had to really think hard to find my way through the maze-like corridors. They had a Starbucks round one corner! I was so elated. Surprisingly, I actually skipped the SB coffee because  - hey  - that's $2.50 more that I can use towards a future flight. Overall, great airport. Had chairs, a bathroom with not one, but TWO, magnificent stalls. I saw a few planes as well. Kudos to this team.

Goodbye airport! Thanks for sending me places and welcoming me home during the previous 30 years of my life. You got me in quick and your lines were very seldom long. If only you weren’t so 1970s ugly and defeated. Time to get bigger and better, more modern with lots of steel and glass. Looking forward to some of your pretty neat amenities like electricity and water and toilets while waiting for flights. Maybe even food. Let’s make KC layovers and flight delays great again!!

I travel a lot and I don’t like coming to this airport. It’s very small for the size of KS area and it’s always crowded. There are very few restrooms and food choices. At peak hours, you won’t find a spot to sit down before your flight. Rental car facility is a shuttle away but they are quite good about that and there are at least 3 Starbucks stores in “Southwest” terminal.

I have been flying in and out of MCI for the last 10 years - mostly around the holiday season.  It is always convenient to get in and out with parking being very reasonably priced.  When I first started flying there were 3 terminals, but they have since closed down terminal A and are planning on a new airport design.  The biggest complaint I have is the baggage claim: there are not enough carousels and they are always far away from your gate.  When you get there, it takes way too long for your luggage to arrive.

Very easy to navigate. Quick lines. That’s it’s. There is soda and chips when you go through security and 1 small bathroom per sex. On peak hours there’s no where to sit. Way to small of a airport for amount of traffic.
