Our number was just called R803 to window 14. She asked us what we were here for. We told her. She said "Ugh" they put you in the wrong line. I am going to put you back in line. I asked nicely how long will be here? (We been sitting here for two hours already) She replied you only have 22 people in front of you. I guess we don't have a choice but be okay with the mistake and no apologies.

It doesn't matter what is required by the state of ks.... they think they are above the state. I had more than what's asked for on the required list, (2 from list A&E, 1 from list C)plus several others, everything up to my immunization record and yet they wanted my official marriage certificate from Topeka, didn't matter that I had the duplicate (not copied) with official signatures on it that was handed directly to me on my wedding day. They still would not replace my licence. I look the same as I have since every other license, which they have on record...its obvious I am who I say I am, but they refused to replace it. Wasted 2 days of my working life there and thank God I found my original license two days later. Didn't have to waste any more. Do believe the other haters, they have good reason, and the "supervisor" is just as bad. Horrible place!!!

Easy check in online n can change your schedule time in case u are running late, and nice people including at front desk. We remember in Virginia it used to take 1-2 hr depending on the day. But here,

Such a nice people, specially a gentlemen at the check-in desk...don't remember his name now...(white hair, glasses, 50's so knowledgeable and nice...) Thanks, it was a pleasant experience every time I have to go there... but this time even better.

I really liked how they made sure you had all your required documents before you wait in line. The staff was fast and professional. One thing i wasn't the biggest fan of was their numbering system. But overall i was happy with the experience.
