Founded in 1981, Kapell Real Estate is a boutique brokerage specializing in a small but carefully selected inventory of fine vintage homes, waterfront estates, working farms and commercial properties on the North Fork and Shelter Island. David Kapell handles all transactions personally, offering customers the highest degree of individualized service and complete confidentiality. Eileen Kapell manages office operations. The Kapells also sell paintings and antique ship models, furniture and folk art.
