Our child went under the radar of nutritionists, feeding specialists, lactation consultants and pediatrician for 8 months. Dr. Kaplan performed upper lip and tongue tie revisions using CO2 laser. The procedure was very quick (under a minute) without drugging the baby. Dr. Kaplan was very informative from the get go. Wonderful soft skills. Made us feel at ease prior and after the procedure. Gave us a call afterward to check in. Nowadays some professionals lack that human touch... but not Dr. Kaplan. We would (and will) recommend Dr. Kaplan to anyone. It was worth the 1.5 hour travel. Will consider Dr. Kaplan for our child's future dental needs.

I was just in yesterday for a lip and tounge tie evaluation and laser treatment.  It was scary handing over my new baby for this treatment but I knew he was in the best hands. Dr Kaplan and his staff did a phenomenal job and the latch is already a million times better!  This is the place to go if you have any question that you need this done. He uses a laser which is a lot better than the clips!

years, ago, I took my then 3 year old daughter to him for her first check-up. She complained of no pain, yet he told me she had 6 cavities and needed $1,000 worth of dental work. I took her for 2nd, 3rd and fourth opinions, and they all said her teeth were fine. 7 years later, the baby teeth she has remaining are still fine- no cavities. I complained to the licensing board, and they said he had 6 complaints against him, a huge number for a dentist, and they called a hearing. I went to testify, and his expensive lawyer outclassed the state's. Nothing happened to him. Stay away from him. He is unethical, dangerous and should have his license revoked.
