Been going here for 15 years for everything from jewelry/engraving/toys/tool and even penny candy. The lady who runs it is an absolute sweet heart

I have had a couple of rings resized here and had no problems.  The pieces came back resized perfectly.  I would recommend them.

DO NOT get anything repaired here. I took my watch here to get the battery replaced. The nice-looking old lady did that, and as a bonus apparently raided the rest of the watch for spare parts. The nice watch face was replaced with a crummier looking one, and I pointed it out to her and she denied outright that she had done so. (Shame on me for not calling the police right then and there.) Also, almost immediately afterwards, the strap broke, so I guess she sabotaged that as well - unbelievable!
