I dropped my car off on 10/4/17 to get the front shocks replace.  I picked the car up on 10/7/17 and drove it to NY for the weekend.  This car is mostly used for leisure unless my other car is getting work done.  About 3 weeks later I was driving the car as my other car was getting some work done to it.  The music was off during the ride and and I noticed that every time the car goes over a bump in the road I heard metal on metal banging.  I pulled over an checked and noticed that the mechanic Carlos didn't install the the  lower rubber pad when he fixed it.  I went to see him that day and let him know.  Carlos said to bring the car back the following Monday and he would take care of it.  I was at work but had my cousin dropped the car off on 11/6/17.  I went by the next day and was told that they parts are ordered from the dealer and will be in later that week.  Went back 11/10/17 and was told the parts will be the following Monday on 11/13/17.  Checked back in on Wednesday the 15th and was told the parts came in the night before and he was going to work on the car that night.  Returned Friday 11/17/17 and the car still was not repaired.  At this time I figured this has to be a scam or some form of ripoff so I went and picked my car up on 11/18/17.  I have attached two pictures, one with the rubber missing and the other with the rubber in place.

So after almost two months I'm stuck with a car that still needs repair.  At this point they left me no choice other than to get the car repair elsewhere and sue them in court.

There was a time when they had some professional people working at the shop however now all you see are kids.  Take your car here for repair at your own risk.

Prices are the cheapest for the gas in that area (when paying by cash), easy access to the pumps, its a full service refill station.

Carlo's is great and he does not over charge when fixing your car

Owner scammed me, need to get my axle replace according to him. Then charges me over $500 to lubricante the axles instead of replacing them.
