The employees are extremely friendly. They're always happy to help and I feel sincerely welcomed. Even the customers who shop there are social and kind. I drive 30 minutes to get there and it's worth every second. The prices are reasonable and they're stocked with so many different products. 10/10.

Got several sanding sugars, cookie cutters and gel colors.  Reasonably priced, has a great selection of products.

First time I've shopped at Karen Ann's and I could not be more pleased. Not only do they have a great selection of cake decorating supplies, but their customer service is top- notch! All 3 of the ladies who worked there went out of their way to help answer some questions I had; one even generously offered her personal phone number in case I had any additional questions! I wish I would've gone there before I had bought some supplies from Amazon because they were much less expensive. Coupled with the personal service, this will definitely be my go-to shop from now on. Couldn't recommend it any higher!

This place is great.  Bought a ton of cool candy molds and far too much melting chocolate.   This resulted in a 12hr Xmas candy making fest.  The chocolate candy filled an entire fridge.  Thanks Karen Ann’s!

We rented a Hello Kitty pan, and it went smoothly. The decorated cake was just as I remember, very adorable.

The employees and the owner are all amazing people and theyre super helpful. Best cake and candy supply shop in St. Louis. Candy molds, melting chocolate, cake & candy molds, fondant, food coloring, edible images and more!

I LOVE THIS PLACE.  Tracy is such a wonderful person and a great help to cake decorators and just an all out great person.  Can't wait to take my first gum paste flower class with her in a couple of weeks.  I wont go anywhere else for supplies or assistance with cake decorating.

Love this store—hidden gem for baking/decorating supplies.  They also print images on sugar paper which I’ve used three times and all have turned out terrific!
