I would never recommend this flower shop if you thing to order a flower delivery....! I ordered a bouquet of flowers which has to be delivered at the office facility, so... it was left by the elevator and when I called back asked  if the bouquet was delivered they said ,,YES,, and it was signed by the recipient. A few hours later I came to the office and I saw the bouquet by the elevator at the first floor, and the recipient knew nothing about that, if I would not get to the office that day it would never get to recipient. I do also asked for a Deluxe bouquet but it was made as a regular one, and charged as for Deluxe. This is the service we pay for...!

Flowers were fresh and lasted a long time. Easily got about two weeks before the started showing their age. Staff was courteous and accommodating, even on a busy day - Valentine's Day.

Karen made me a custom made head wreath to celebrate me being pregnant...she did a great job and she has a great eye on what looks good and would recommend her as a florist if you need someone good!

I drove to Karen's flower shop from Chicago and order a Birthday arrengmamet to be delivered with in a few hours .. Despite giving them the wrong company's name there driver went the extra mile to make sure he was at the right place and deliver the flowers Kuddos to entire staff !! the arrengmnet was great she loved it ...

Bad experience. They have what I consider false advertising. I went online to look at the featured sets and bought one. I called in and bought a set expecting the one on the image, as the description is already confusing. The description reads "As Shown : T37-1ADeluxe : T37-1BPremium : T37-1C", below they give you options: as shown, deluxe or premium. 
I picked the "as shown" for it means the image that is shown, I was expecting the same as the image. I understand they're not going to look exact, for nothing is perfect. But when you only get 17 flowers, while the image has about 30 flowers. I should have been told before my purchase was made how different it would look. I was disappointed. I was only offered a refund with returning the flowers. I asked if they can fix it instead and it was basically a no. :(
