Very professional, intelligent and knows her stuff. As soon as we got there Kareneva's assistant explained all of the prosses in details step by step and we like that. Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and since Kareneva is top notch on her field you pay good $$ for her service because you're getting very good and professional service..

It's always better to call first to make an appointment. Very friendly staff.. Not sure yet abot laywer... But will meet soon. If your living in the community of Carrollton-Farmers Branch Mary Immaculate has help for your 1st visit. They will give a voucher for the free consult.

My experience front desk lady was really friendly,and nice. I made an appointment at 10am the lady that was suppose to take care of me never showed up. Another lady took care of me after 45min waiting. On my follow up appt my appt was at 1pm the lady was in luch for 45min, and when ever she felt like it she took care of me. I don't appreciate this, and the worst thing they don't even let you know. They just let you sit in the waiting room.
