I was the only person in line and still waited over 15 minutes to be helped. There was many staff members around but ignored my presence. Also phone calls take precedence to an actual customer in-store. I will not be visiting this store again. Terrible customer service.

Bought an LG front load washer and dryer 3 years ago. Excellent sales service. Excellent installation service. Could not be happier with my experience or the appliance. Went back for a new stove about a year later - equally great service and installation.
