This is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Their sauces especially are packed with flavor. I recommend trying their lunch buffet so you can try more! The service can be hit or miss depending on who is there and they suffer from employee turnover. The number of tables is also pretty small so try to beat to lunch rush or come just after the rush is over!

Small lunch and dinner place with good Indian food. Interesting charts on the wall telling about the possible health benefits of various ingredients. This was the first good Indian restaurant to (finally!) show up in Carlsbad!

Most of the foods are good. We got a dried up chicken on the last take out. Be sure to check foods before leaving on take outs

Food is excellent, and the staff is extraordinarily helpful, friendly and attentive! I've eaten a lot of Indian, including food cooked by some very good chefs, and this experience was close enough to the top to rate a "five!" Don't let the pedestrian, small mall, location fool you. You won't be disappointed - especially with the lunch buffet.
