Katana Teppanyaki & Sushi brings a new distinctive excellence to Atlanta dining, with cutting-edge flavors, seasonal offerings, and exceptional service – Asian with a modern twist. Katana is two distinct dining experiences in one location. The Dining room is light, high-energy, casual, serving small-plates, made-to-order Sushi Bar, and a full-service Bar that includes our own private label Sake. The Teppanyaki room has a relaxing, Zen-inspired atmosphere with Teppanyaki-style open-grill stations complete with personal chef and server, where every meal is unique and made to order.

Came with a party of six—had reservations for 8. We were 15 minutes late, I expected our table to have been given away. As expected, they did not have a table but the staff was very apologetic and even notified us that the manager is working on getting our table together. WE were late and THEY were sorry. So needless to say, customer service was top notch. I didn’t eat much as this was New Year’s Eve and I had already started with my spirits. The fried rice was delicious and the bang bang shrimp was equally delicious. The others in my party ordered sushi and they all seemed to enjoy it pretty well. As someone from out of town—the exemplary customer service is enough to have me return on my next visit.

Get the yellowtail shots. Seriously. Perfect light meal with soup and salad. Served in shot glasses, it looks like you have a drinking problem, but it's just your dinner. Spicy, fresh, innovative. Can't wait to go back.

Went with a party of 6 and we ENJOYED everything about this place. Greeted as soon as we arrived! Hostess and Bar Tenders were on point- pleasant attitudes. Our Server- Marc was ON POINT with everything- very ATTENTIVE and NICE. Sushi was just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and Im not the sushi girl but now I am. DRINKS- lets just say we came for one but they were SOoo GOOD we ended up ordering another one. The Fried Ice Cream- So GOOD! The appetizers-AMAZING! Cant wait to return to go on their Grill side of the restaurant to try their Hibachi!

Look, it's pretty good.  The atmosphere is meh but the food is very good.  Prices are a bit high especially if you are having drinks with dinner but that's par for the course in this area.

Absolutely love this place.  The sushi is awesome, and the few noodle/rice dishes are also great.  Staff has always been friendly and very helpful

Definitely recommend the green tea creme brulee dessert!! It's a must have.
