First night. Other than the buzzard-sized mosquitoes, the only thing I can say is that I'm glad we set our tent up on the stage. It's a little low, but if you want camping AND a box fan because it's July and it's 100 degrees out, you can't beat this place. Reasonably priced for two people for two days. Other than an armadillo and the crickets, we're basically on our own. :)

Loved the rustic old Florida feel.  Loved the homemade soaps.  Will definitely return...and order the soaps on line.

The sweetest family, the best soap I have ever used, awesome creek to paddle down.  Just upset it took me this many years to find one of Gainesville best hidden treasures.       Visit camp, hike, bike, kayak, fish.  Have fun in the nature.

I really liked the campground. It was exactly what I was looking for, open space, trees, and a lake. It was winter so we didn't go out on on the rental boats but the family who runs the grounds was very friendly and polite. We plan on going back in the summer.

Really friendly people, good property to camp on (and it's actually affordable), right on the lake, cute kitties (Tickles was our camp mate),   right next to a walking/bike trail, good prices on canoe/kayak rentals, right next to Gainesville and they make really nice soap
