Story

We are a family owned roller skating rink FEC featuring roller skating, play area, game rooms, redemption centers, full pro shop and much more. We have 3rd generation operators and are located in Indian Trail, NC and were started in Gastonia in 1961. We cater to ALL ages all of the time. We offer kids skates, Home School Skates, Adult skates, Christian music nights and more. Corporate events and large parties are one of our specialties. We also have Roller Derby teams (both Kids and Adult) as well as an extensive lesson and competitive figure skating program.

This is the New & Improved Kate's Skating Rink! I gave a B-Day party for my daughter this passed weekend and I must say that everything was exceptional. From the beginning of booking my party I spoke with Carlee who was kind and professional and made me aware of all of the details of the party through the phone. Then when I met with Billy the manager/owner the day of the party in the morning, everything was already all set up for the 2pm. The 2 assistants catering to our section were very attentive and so helpful. The price of the package was so reasonable for all that's included in the party. Since the revamp of the rink everything is laid out so well! The new jungle gym area is a big hit and the party was a blast. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you again Billy and team!

Fun place to go with the kids. Not the most well kept up place but overall a great place to host a birthday party or just a fun place to get your kids energy out on the weekend. I have been here twice so far and my only complaints would be it needs some remodeling and it would be nice if they served pizza and beer. Still fun times though.

My daughter loves roller skating and loves this place its updated nicely and the added play place is a win for her she likes to go on a weekly basis and the people who work here are warm and friendly

My daughter likes skating, so I bring her here. The staff is always nice and they're really patient with the kids. Its pretty nice, BUT the bathrooms need work. They need a good cleaning and a make over. I think that they need someone to monitor them it's always a mess and smells like urine. Also today when I visited one soap dispenser was empty and the other wasn't working. Thank goodness for hand sanitizer.

Great time. Offer Sunday adult night. Great family atmosphere. Large skating floor. Everyone is willing to help out and friendly. Good old school fun and recreation.
