I am totally, totally impressed by this small non-pretentious jewelry store.  I took down a broken gold ring, a Nigerian mixed metal broken bracelet, an antique gold watch of my grandmother's with a very delicate broken glass face catch and a single silver earring with moonstones that my mother had commissioned a jeweler in London to make for me for my birthday many years ago. I lost the mate and have been looking at it sitting in my drawer ever since.   These precious sentimental objects had been sitting around some 10 years or more and me thinking I would never be able to find someone clever enough to repair and replicate the earring.  I looked up on the internet "best repair jewelry store" and up popped Kathe's Jewelry store.  I drove down from upstate NY and dropped off the stuff.  When they called after the work had been done they said the total cost would be $220.  I thought that was impossible and thought maybe they only repaired the watch and the ring, but no.  It was all done.  The most impressive thing was that they duplicated the earring so well that I could not tell which one was the original.  They even copied the stamp of the original artist.  I have to say I was totally blown away by their professionalism.  The cost....!!!!  Need I say more.  Absolutely brilliant!  I am spreading the word.

This is, hands down, the most amazing jewelry store around. They are extremely friendly, kind, helpful people. Everything is done professionally and super fast! 
I would recommand this place to everyone!

Jonas is the best and most polite owner I've ever met! I came in last week for a ring resizing, I got it within 30min! While I was waiting to get the ring he even shared his food with me, which is delicious lol. Anyway if I need to purchase or fix jewelry in the future, this is my go to place.

Btw the resized ring fits perfectly, makes me and my husband very happy.

I just called to inquire about a last minute engraving I need for my sisters 30th birthday present. I couldn't even finish my sentence before the woman on the line cut me off saying "I don't care how much money you offer me I just won't do it, it isn't worth the stress" and then continued to snarkily tell me how so many stores were closed over Memorial Day and they're too swamped. 

On top of this being a stressful week coordinating birthday travel plans for my sister, I now have the added pleasure of a local business owner treating me like my business is an inconvenience. 

If you don't have time that's completely understandable, however I would think twice about the way you handle communicating that to potential clients. I will definitely not be returning here.
