I cannot say enough about the customer service I received today from both Anna and Joy. I was greeted immediately by Anna with a big smile and a friendly hand shake. I explained my anxiety and worry about planning a wedding in only 7 weeks! Her response was, "don't worry, we've got this. We are glad you stopped in." They were skillful about what dresses would fit my figure, they gave me an honest opinion, and my consultant Joy was so easy going that it was like trying dresses on with a friend. Also, I appreciate that they respected my price point and never once attempted to go over it. Overall, it was an amazing experience and would highly recommend Kathryn's bridal to anyone. Thanks so much for everything Joy and Anna. I appreciate you both!!! KG

Had a wonderful experience at Kathryns! I found my dress there, the entire bridal party's dresses, and my moms gown there. The prices were decent for the bridesmaid and mother of the gown dress, and VERY reasonable for my wedding dress. The staff was friendly and welcoming and really worked hard to find a dress to fit my body shape and style preferences. The staff also picked a few items that they think would look good on me and they hit it out of the park! The real star of the show, however, is their seamstress that they have on staff. The seamstress for the bridal gowns did an outstanding job and was reasonably priced. I had needed a LOT of work and she made sure that my dress fit me to a T for the big day. I looked and felt amazing and confident in my dress and I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Your wedding day is a very special day and I expect for my bridal accessories to be treated as special .unfortunately I ordered my sash and veil from Kathryn's Bridal and I was very disappointed .Went to pick up my items they handed them to me in the plastic bag it ships in all wrinkled . Not sure if this is standard but As a paying customer I would expect for it to be properly packaged for me and pressed. I am very glad I DIDNT purchase my gown from Kathryn's they don't listen to your needs and they try to sell you a dress. Will not recommend and will never return to this bridal store.

Nothing short of Amazing!! The best in the Biz! No one else can dare compare! I love all the gals, love the shop, great location and the dresses are stunning! I will cherish the day found my dress forever! Thank you Kathryn and co!

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Joy, my consultant, is seriosuly the best consultant I have ever seen. I used to work in the Bridal Business and Joy was on her game the whole time and nice to my family. They also let my four year old niece try on a flower girl dress just for fun. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. But Anna and Joy, thank you so much for making me finding my dress so much easier! God Bless you ladies!
