The level of support and care that is taken with Kathy's clients is unparalleled. I never feel like I'm being "sold to" or asked to add on anything that I don't need. If you're looking for an agent who doesn't give a rip about you and just wants your money, don't go to Kathy. However, if you're looking for an agent who is looking out for your best interests and truly cares about you, she's your gal. We love Kathy and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her and her amazing team.

My experience with Valerie at Kathy Thurmond-Edwards State Farm has been as pleasurable as buying insurance can be. Valerie has been attentive to our coverage needs and is always easy to reach when we need information or have questions. She is a friendly and capable business professional, and a good friend.....Like a good neighbor.
