I feel I am always rushed through. Sometimes they put the blue tape on my rear wiper, sometimes not. This last visit I had to go to the car wash down the street to use their vacuums. The staff said that the guy who closed up the night before forgot to clean out the vacuum traps so he was doing it right then. It still didn't give it the amount of suction in the vacuum cleaners to sustain the 6 of us wanting to use it all at the same time. I waited about 5 minutes, moved to the second set of vacuums to no avail, they were not working properly so I went elsewhere.

got the cheapest AND tried the most expensive was..didnt make a difference. what a joke. a rip off. ive always preferred washing my own car by hand. this stuff does not work! Still things all over my car. maybe others work but this one does NOT.

Exterior cleaned OK but NO interior cleaning-you do it all yourself and the vacuums barely work. This place is NOT a good value.

it doesnt wash good anymore, i paid for the "Works" and only i got worked over. car was still dirty and i had to armour all my tires because the machine barely even put any on them andd missed 2 tires completely
