We heard about this place through Instagram. We made the almost 40 min drive to try them out, and we were not disappointed. They have a small dining area, and they also sell Filipino snacks, canned goods, etc. The food was really tasty, especially the kare kare and bistek. Their sisig was very well flavored too, although I personally preferred a crunchier sisig. The husband and wife team who owns the place are really friendly and took the time to follow up with us on how we're liking the food. This place is a really great find and one we won't mind visiting again when we're in the area.
Everything on the menu looked very appetizing. We ordered lechon paksiw, chicken afritada, Adobo pansit, and halo halo. Everything was great! Guy at the counter was funny. Owner of the restaurant was super nice! The restaurant was also very clean!
Was really excited to try but very disappointed. The lady at the front was very unfriendly when I asked questions about the hot dishes. I then asked for items off the make to order list that was posted & every item I asked for she said they didn't have. Chicken adobo was decent.Food: 3/5
Decided to try this spot for Restaurant Week. I got the two-item plate with rice, sisig, and pork barbecue with a halo-halo. While the pork barbecue was not bad I actually really liked how the flavoring, the sisig seemed somewhat old and had no flavor. The halo-halo wasn't too bad; I liked that it had mango but I did not like that there was corn. While the place has potential, there are much better turo-turo Filipino spots in the area.
I was so excited to come & taste their food, but I was sooo disappointed I ordered some sisig & it was not good at all. It has no taste, it needed some seasoning. Also, the food that they have on their warmer doesn’t look appealing, it looks old. I don’t think I’ll be back here again.Food: 1/5
Everything was very good and good service! I will be coming back. Also they have military discounts.
The staff is friendly and funny. The food is so good and the pricing is great.Food: 5/5
Came here to pick up some filipino food to go and man everything was DELISH! Tom seemed to be one of the owners and he was super friendly. All of the staff were friendly. Their sisig won best in the bay too so definitely must try!Food: 5/5
Service was bad. Food was ehhhhh. The lady at the counter was looking at me before I came in the shop and turned her back when I opened the door. No greetings at all and she didn’t talk until I was ready to pay. I wasn’t feel welcomed at all. As far as the food, I’ve had better sisig and pork bbq. The sisig had a weird taste — the meat tasted old, and the bbq was a bit vinegary for my preference. I also thought it was a bit pricey, $18 for two entree meal.
They need to give customers a better utensils not a little tiny plastics and in a plate when customers dine in ..Food: 3/5
