The drivers are friendly but the woman who answers the phone is very rude. And I just missed my doctors appointment and 30 minutes later the bus is still not here.

great service & reasonable price, wish they were available on the weekends.

you NEED TO BE OUTSIDE waiting for the van/bus, some drivers are more patient than others, but since there are other people in the van/bus that need to be at their destinations too, BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS & their schedules as well!

I am having a terrible issue with Katz. Russel, a driver, lied today about coming to pick me up. I sat on my porch from 2:05-3:30 before I called back. The dispatcher said that Russell told her he stopped here and honked and no one came. He even pulled in. You can call.my landlord and the woman next door to find out this is a lie. My address is 310 1/2 north bluff. It is now 3:44 and I am still waiting. My instincts tell me to call a taxi but I am trying to give Katz the benefit of the doubt. I am calling management tomorrow to complain.
