Katsin is an absolutely delightful high-end restaurant experience! Everything from the live performances, beautifully decorated interior, exquisite kitchen, etc. You can tell so much thought and care has been poured into this establishment.  The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating and talented, they can really DANCE!  And then the food… the food is on another level! I had the best Salmon Tar Tar I’ve ever had, the most delicate caviar, and some of the most mouth watering dessert do NOT miss out on the honey cake.  I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend you visit this restaurant ASAP.  Only a matter of time before they have a Michelin Star

Absolutely loved this place! This is my 3rd time within 2 weeks! Food is amazing, and the atmosphere is very cheering. Service is on high level- the waiters constantly around you asking if you need anything.  The waiters are also dancers.. love this place!Food: 5/5

The fusion of exceptional service, live entertainment, and a thoughtfully designed environment make Katsin a standout destination for those seeking more than just a meal. It's a place where every sense is engaged, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable time.  Being among the first to experience Katsin before its grand opening added an extra layer of exclusivity to the already extraordinary dining adventure. This preview allowed us to witness the restaurant's debut, providing a sense of being part of a special moment in its history. As trailblazers, we had the opportunity to savor the innovative menu, enjoy the live performances, and soak in the unique atmosphere before it was unveiled to the broader public. My role as early customer contributes to the restaurant's narrative, making my visit not only a meal but a part of Katsin's inaugural chapter.

It’s fabulous!  We didn’t have a reservation, but was able to sit at the bar. The bartender, Stephen was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have live entertainment and the waiters are the dancers.  Very cute!! The food was delicious. We had the walnut paste and the avocado salad for appetizers and then short ribs and Chilean Sea bass for dinner. Great atmosphere.  Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options.  Parking: Free parking structure on pacific next to the restaurant  Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, all flat.

This feedback is intended for management to better the staff; not because the staff was bad, but that they could be bit more empathetic and pleasant.  Our server was somewhat stiff, brazen and a bit pushy.  He asked us if we are ready for appetizers about 3 times and we didn’t have the menus, only the drink menu.  Forgot the drinks we ordered yet told us with attitude that we hadn’t ordered any.  Pushed us to hurry and order desserts because it was last call.  He did that to three people in my party.  And just recently my wife said that he spoke rudely to her and another female but they didn’t want to make a scene so they just left it alone.  The place was beautiful, the food was extraordinary, the ambiance well orchestrated.   I would advise to let the staff know that service in the food industry is based on politeness, kindness and the customer is always rightnot like a Karen.

Just visited with party of 8 and I must say we all loved it. Service was amazing, shows were really fun and food was very delicious. Appetizers, food and deserts were really good. Highly recommend for everyone to go and experience this fun restaurant. Will definitely go back for more.Food: 5/5

What could have been a classy dining experience considering the decor and well dressed waiters, ended up being a tasteless ghetto dining with a live singer performing too many genre's of music and waiters spinning and twirling in the center not even considering guests passing by to go to the restroom. They would dance and twirl then come back to serving tables swetty and out of breath. Coctails were watery and when we took it back to the bar tender he said the bourbon that the recipe called for was out so he took it upon himself to substitute ut with something cheaper yet we're still paying for the cost of the drink. The audacity! The main courses were delicious, the appetizers were a waste of money, especially the beef tartar and the pasty tuna tartar. The bread bowl was stale and chewy. The waitress was unenthusiastic. It's a new restaurant and I'm sure there's a learning curve but take true reviews as a means for improvement. Keep the place classy, have the live music but in the background where it becomes enjoyable not loud to the point of regretting dining in.

Pros: beef cheek was delicious,  so was the branzino although waitress asked the odd question of how I want the branzino cooked, medium or rare huh? Cons: absurdly loud live singing and music to a point where you can't hear your own waitress talk to you.  Impossible to socialize across the table.   Dancing of the other waitresses, a bit over the top and to my taste unnecessary. Cocktails were a total disappointment.    Watered down.   Ordered a cocktail for my gf that was supposed to come with Four Roses bourbon.   Could barely taste any booze.   Complete robbery. The waitress we had was very unknowledgeable about the menu or how the dishes are prepared.   Spoke mediocre English.  Would be nice to train them to be a bit more understanding of the menu, dish preparation, etc... Ordered appetizers that were supposed to come w flatbread, except flatbread was 5 pieces of stale chewy cold tortillas.  Definitely flat though. Overall the hot dishes were good, otherwise I'll pass.  Overpriced and just too loud.

Very bad  hostess at the lobby Accuse us for lying .we Charge for bogus amount of money by charging us $55.00 for changing plates Alcohol was mixed with water. No, taste, In charge a lot for drink, set up the server the tables Horrible experience, never coming back again.Food: 2/5
