Plan on changing dentist. Cant even get a call back for a follow up appointment for my niece. Don't even seem to really care about ya.

This was the worst experience in my life, I left in tears, literally from him screaming at me, yes you heard that right. I had a crown that fell off and all I asked was if he could save this tooth and temporarily cement it back on until I could get a mini implant. Not only did Katsur scream at me you are nuts he kicked the door on the way out. This man is beyond the need of psychological counseling.

After reading the reviews I was terrified to come here but it was a pretty good experience. It isn't the fanciest office but the Dentist was nice and did his job quickly.  I don't have any complaints.

I used to go here out of convenience, and mainly because they have all of my dental history (I went here as a child). This place is all around unprofessional. The dentists change every year – zero consistency, so I can't even comment on them. The receptionists are extremely rude. They were actually fighting with each other the entire time I was in the waiting room. They come off as uneducated, or at least, unprofessional and immature. I would never refer this place for any service. If you need a cleaning, I’m sure it is fine, but why bother?

Worst customer service I ever seen in a doctor office. I have been a paitent with them for few years and they always let me wait long time even that I have an appointment, this is other than other bad things like getting wrong crown size, ... etc. Then at the end, today I had an appointment and they let me wait for 15 min then they told me that they can't let me see the doctor because I was 9 min late from my appointment.. very unprofessional
