Courthouses are known for not being great places to be, but the Katy Courthouse has a good system going on. I had to go in to pay a speeding ticket and it did take a while, but everyone was friendly and I appreciated the one-on-one feeling you get in the actual courtroom where you don't feel overwhelmed by all of the chaos going on around you. It's a nice small-scale, practical courthouse.

Ive called over 12 times through out the day no answer apparently they have court all day. Who ever is in charge of checking emails and replying to them is obviously not doing there job.

Poor experience. Contacted by email and then in the email states to call specifically the phone number if urgent, yet whenever I call the phone number no one picks up and it says the mailbox is full. Huh?

Difficult to get someone on the phone, then once you speak with someone they aren't helpful. A simple issue that can be resolved over the phone, the operator says you have to go to the court. Ridiculous system
