I have been banking with Kaufman County Credit Union for the last 10 years.  I will be a life long member.  Everyone is always ready and eager to help with loans, paperwork, and even just plain deposits.  Trust me I have done several deals with this establishment and I have referred several people to these ladies as well.  Debbie and Ginger are like part of the family now. :)  Even the newer ladies that have came on board in the past two years have adapted well to the down home family that is the true kaufman credit union.  You won't find better hospitality at any other bank!!

star because I had to even pick a star. This is the worst banking institute ever. They are rude, slow, and apparently can't do their job. Twice now I've sat all weekend with no money because someone didn't push the button to add my money to my account. And to top it off its Black Friday weekend. I deposited my check on Wednesday just so it would be in the bank. Now because I tried using my debit card twice thinking there must be some mistake SINCE I DEPOSITED MONEY now my debit is locked up so I can't even go buy necessary items I need for the weekend. Closing my account come Monday.

Kaufman County Credit Union employees are always super nice and make you feel more like family! Debbie has always went above and beyond to make sure each transaction is a priority and we have never been disappointed. Truly wonderful people and atmosphere at the Kaufman County Credit Union!!

The blonde behind the counter is extremely rude!!! She treats me as if I'm an inconvenience to her and she carries an attitude as if she Hates her life and everyone in it. I asked the other gal what her deal is, who I believe is new, and she said she was always like that. I'll be closing my account very soon
