I was trying to help my friend purchase a diamond since I recently went thru this process. I was skeptical when he said he found something at Kay Jewelers. He was working with Tia and she only wrote down the good attributes of the diamond we was looking it. We called the store to ask more information on the diamond and she was VERY rude!! She accused me of working for a competitor since  I was asking educated questions on the diamond. I guess they think everyone is uneducated when shopping for engagement rings and we don't have the right to ask these questions. Save your money and don't buy crappy diamonds from this place. Go to a real jeweler who knows what they're doing. Being a "Diamondtologist" is a made up term and they are the ones who are not educated. You need to see GIA certified Gemologist who won't get offended for asking questions you have the right to know when spending this king of money.  You are overpaying for low quality goods and even lower customer service!

My fiancé & I went in to look at wedding bands. & both women there were so rude. Didn't help us at all. Not going back there at all.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. MARIAM IS THE WORST AND NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED ASAP. SHE CLEARLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND IS A PISS POOR EXCUSE FOR AN ASST. MANAGER WHERE PEOPLE ARE SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. SHE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNCARING TO MILITARY MEMBERS AND HER PHONE SKILLS ARE NON-EXISTENT. CORPORATE HAS GOT TO STEP UP AND TERMINATE SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT AN ASSET. SHE HAS CAUSED KAYS TO LOSE ME, A CUSTOMER OF 7YRS AND MY MOTHER A CUSTOMER OF 30YRS AND SHE WENT SO FAR AS TO BE RUDE TO MY HUSBAND. MARIAM IS THE WORST EVER!! DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE.

HORRIBLE.  All I needed was 4 little prongs at the bottom of ring to be bent up to tighten stone in my ring.  Should have taken less than 10 minutes to complete.  However, they had to send out to a jeweler!  So I asked them since they were sending out, to also let me know what kind of stone in my ring.  They were supposed to call when the jeweler received to let me know if he could tighten it!   Never received that call.  Was supposed to be back 2 WEEKS later, ring was not ready.  Never received a call that it would not be back within the 2 weeks.  When I finally called to have ring brought back to store, it was $40 to tighten, which I could have done, but I also wanted to know what kind of stone -- and I  still don't know what kind of stone.  People are  not friendly at this store either.  WILL NEVER GO BACK, and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

This time l bought for my cartilage, but it was pretty hard to control myself from buying more for my industrial.
