I purchased an engagement ring and was told it would be available on Saturday so I could propose that day. I made the reservations in Pass-a-Grille for 6pm but the ring wasn't ready at 1pm when I called but they said it would be delivered between 330 and 4. I got there a little early to wait for the delivery because I couldn't go home without it, otherwise I would have my girlfriend with me the next time we drove by. When I picked it up Sunday, I was told the lady who watched me wait had to pick it up (normal process), but didn't leave until later in the day.

So she let me sit in the store for almost an hour, knowing I was wasting my time. And then when I called back later, I was told the lady that delivered it was stuck in traffic, which was the reason for the delay.

Totally ruined my plans, and now I have to pick another time and place to propose.

Not to mention that when I called originally, they had me scheduled to receive my rings in 3 weeks. Not until they looked at my paperwork did they see that they promised it on Saturday.

Bottom of the barrel service. My wife and I order our marriage rings on the 9th of February. We were nickeled and dimed into every possible option but were happy with our choices. We were told that both of our rings should be finished on the 24th. I received an email one week early saying that our rings were done. Come to find out, they weren't. My ring was sized but not engraved. That's upsetting incident number one. We were told it wasn't the 24th and ensured that it would be done by then. We did not receive a notification on the 24th so on the 25th, we decided to call TWICE. Once we were hung up on, and the second time we were on hold for a good 15 minutes. We finally get there and find out that our rings were STILL not done. They tried to give us every excuse in the book instead of trying to rectify the situation. I was told the Manager would contact us and STILL have not received a word. Very disappointed with the horrendous service and would not recommend Kay's Jeweler to any of my military friends.

They all are very nice and helpfull.. we like Nicole she is very knowledgeable in every aspect.
Im a guy that love watches especially Citizens EcoDrive, I own 3 of them, purchased in the last 12 months.
Now the reason for the 2 star is because everytime i purchase a watch here (3 in total) they don't have the Citizens Manual and paper work that should come with them. In stead they willing to print the manual for that specific watch watch (more than 100 pages) because this sophisticated watch have a very complex settings, or they tell that download your self from the internet.
This type of situacion make you feel that you are buying these 500.00 + dollars watches at the flea market.
As a jewelry store that looks very fancy should correct this issues to improve costumer services.
My last purchase (today) will be returned tomorrow bc i can't print more than 100 pages for instructions on how to set up this very complex watch.

So annoyed with this place. I purchased a ring, wanted to switch for a half size up since I realized it needed just to be a tiny bit bigger & they kept pushing me to get it resized when it clearly says I can exchange for free within 90 days (I returned it two weeks later) and they SERIOUSLY could not get it into their tiny little brain how to do that. They kept pushing and pushing until I honestly decided to just get refunded. THAN they wanted to convince me to keep the ring. Of course, now that I returned the ring I got on sale, trying to wait for it to go back on sale, it's regular price now has gone up in price $30 dollars... I will NEVER purchase from Kay again.

I paid almost 700 to get 3 chains made into ankle bracelets and regular bracelets and 1 chain fixed. Ok no problem need it for a wedding. Get the my jewlary back 3 bracelets are to big, the clips are not holding bring it back they tell me it's going to cost another 400. Are you kidding me I even brought the receipts in with the right sizing and everything.
