Been a customer of Signet Jewelers for years . I have apply for the card and spend a lot of money at this location . With the customer service I received from store manager Maria was very disappointing and uncomfortable to hear from her mouth. As a manager for a company that believes in customer and puts themselves in their customer shoes and tells me “ to do whatever I want “ it’s the extreme! She knows my situation and she knows how long I’ve been part of her location . I have contact Kay jewelers customer care which was amazing experience but unfortunately she couldn’t help me out and transferred me to Taylor which she clearly didn’t care and told me to contact the District manager John . Once I get my important ring back I will not be shopping at this location . I was a very happy customer but now I’m just  disgusted on how they are handling my business. I love shopping at priecing pagoda , Kay jewelers , baciscally the whole Singet jewelers company but I am  definitely  definitely hurt.

Ava and mommy I am so sorry your experience was not as you expected...unfortunately Kay Jewelers finished your repair at a timely manner but your phone was disconnected. Contacting you was impossible, nevertheless you contacted us and granted because of the uncomfortable situation we offered you a 50 % discount ... I do we wish we can service you in the future. Again thank you for all of your wonderful business.

María the store manager and her staff are the best!!!!!!! Maria helped me with an issue with my Kay card. She went above and beyond gave the extra milage, worked late and was very comprehensive with my husband and I.

Its hard to tell the difference between Kay and Zales. Its the same brand. Zales has better prices.
